Olivia’s inclusion on the list marks a significant milestone in her outstanding 13-year career at Third Bridge. Joining the company as a graduate entrant, she has risen dynamically through the ranks to assume her current global leadership position. Her strategic vision and "feet-on-the-ground" approach have been core pillars in architecting and expanding Third Bridge’s global commercial operations.
Among her most notable achievements, Olivia built and scaled the firm’s Account Management functions from scratch in both Europe and Asia. Her relocation to Hong Kong established a vital footprint where no Account Management presence previously existed. Under the standardized operations frameworks she embedded, the regional team grew from a foundation of 150 in Q2 2022 to 250 clients today, a remarkable 66% growth rate fueling sustainable expansion.
