At the heart of any expert network is, of course, its experts. Unlocking human expertise is the foundation of Third Bridge's business, so we’re committed to being just that: human. That means listening to and understanding the experience of our experts.
Expert feedback is not overlooked. It's a valuable tool that helps us identify what’s working, and where we can do better so that we can elevate the expert experience and facilitate interactions that are frictionless and rewarding.
The unfiltered truth
Direct feedback from experts is the unfiltered truth, providing us with clear, actionable learnings that we use to refine our processes, enhance our technology, and tailor our support services. Whether it's a minor technical frustration with how a consultation was run or a major suggestion for a new feature, hearing an expert’s perspective gives us an opportunity to learn and improve.
Feedback allows us to move beyond assumptions and shape an experience that is genuinely attuned to experts' needs. It is how we refine the Expert Hub, enhance the capabilities of our Expert Care Team, and ultimately, ensure that experts' time, intellect, and insights are respected.
Engaging in direct dialogue
We’ve built clear, accessible pathways to ensure expert feedback lands directly with the people who can act on it.
- The Expert Care team: Our dedicated team is the primary liaison for experts. They're not just there to troubleshoot; they’re trained to capture and champion expert insights, ensuring they are fed directly back to the relevant teams within Third Bridge. You can contact them via our submission platform at: help.thirdbridge.com/support/tickets/new
- The Expert Hub: Within Expert Hub, our one-stop-shop for experts to self-serve on Third Bridge activities, experts will find a designated feedback mechanism on the right of the screen. The ‘Help & Feedback’ tab can be used to report a bug or request a new feature for Expert Hub, as well as providing a quick link to submit a ticket to our Expert Care team.
Using these designated channels ensures expert feedback reaches the right people immediately and allows us to follow up with experts directly if needed. Feedback shared with our team won’t get lost in the noise as we’re committed to reading and resolving every ticket. The expert voice is an invaluable resource, and a constructive, personal dialogue means we avoid guesswork and can make faster, more meaningful improvements.
